【Post-Conference Workshop Pass】 (8 November 2026)

This pass grants access to the specialised experiential workshops on Sunday. Please note that this is a separate ticket and is NOT included in the 2-Day Conference Pass.

Note:
To ensure a high-quality learning environment, places for the experiential workshops are strictly limited.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be issued an official Certificate of Attendance verifying 6 hours of training.


🍽️ Catering & Dietary Information

  • A complimentary light lunch will be provided on each day of the conference (6–7 November 2026) for all registered attendees, and on the day of the post-conference workshop (8 November 2026) for those who have purchased a pass for that session.
  • As catering menus are currently being finalised, you will be asked to select your preliminary dietary preferences during online registration.
  • Dietary Accommodations & Limitations: While the organisers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate general preferences, we cannot guarantee that all specialised dietary needs or severe food allergies can be fully met. Attendees with strict dietary requirements or severe allergies are welcome to bring their own meals. Microwave ovens and dining spaces are available on campus (e.g., Learning Commons, RLB 2/F Research Complex) for your convenience.

Continuing Education (CE) Accreditation

【2-Day Full Conference】
An official e-certificate will be issued to participants after conference, with training hours reflecting actual verified attendance. Additionally, we are actively pursuing CE recognition for practising psychologists. Applications have been submitted to the following divisions of the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS):

  • Division of Counselling Psychology (DCoP)Approved with 1 CEU per hour (max. 6 CEUs per day)
  • (Pending CE accreditation from other professional organisations)

Post-Conference Workshop

An official e-certificate verifying 6 hours of training will be issued to participants strictly upon full attendance. These hours may be used to support independent logging of CE/CPD hours with your respective professional organisations.

Note: We are actively applying for CE accreditations from the HKPS and other professional organisations. Final approval is entirely subject to the reviewing bodies and cannot be guaranteed in advance. All confirmed CE credits will be promptly announced on this page.

The regular school bus service operates on weekdays only (no service on Saturday and Sunday).
No campus parking is available; conference attendees are advised to use public transport.
